River Walk | Doors Open

  • Queen's Square 1 North Square Cambridge, ON, N1S 2K6 (map)

Starting point: Idea Exchange, Queen's Square Gallery

Rain or shine. Sturdy shoes recommended. Water refill station available at Queen's Square Gallery - bring your own container.

See the Body of Waters exhibition at Cambridge Art Galleries, Queen Square Gallery and then join us for an interactive walk along the Grand River where we will share and learn different facts and memories about the Grand River. Have an interesting fact or story about the river you'd like to share? A sign-up sheet will be available at the Design at Riverside Gallery or you can email gallery@ideaexchange.org. This walk will be the final event in the Common Waters project.

The Body of Waters exhibition brings together six artists - Barry Ace, Erika DeFreitas, Lindsay Dobbin, Merritt Johnson, Anne Riley, and Ehren BEARwitness Thomas - where they consider the many ways water shapes and is shaped by human life.
